Upon selection of a candidate referred by Corenza, the Client shall pay a service fee equal to:

• 10% of the gross annual CTC offered to the candidate hired at annual CTC up
  to INR 25 Lakhs
• 12.5% of the gross annual CTC offered to the candidate hired at annual CTC
  and above 25 Lakhs
